We are proud of the fact A&M RV Center retailed more Winnebago brand motor homes than any other dealer in the 20th century.A&M RV Center was one of the first dealerships to be appointed as a Winnebago dealer and has represented Winnebago motor homes in Alaska for nearly 35 years! During this period, A&M has delivered approximately 3500 new Winnebago motor homes and has received numerous service and sales awards.We are truly proud of our accomplishments and A&M’s commitment to customer service and industry leadership in Alaska. Winnebago Circle of Excellence

A&M RV Center is one of only five dealerships in the U.S. to have achieved Circle of Excellence status every year since the award originated in 1986.The Circle of Excellence designation is earned based primarily on evaluations provided by retail customers in the Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction Study and the Customer Satisfaction Study. Each retail customer receives the Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction Study shortly after Winnebago Industries receives the warranty card from the dealer for that sale.

The buyer receives the Customer Satisfaction Study approximately six months later and asks the retail customer a series of questions regarding their service experience with their selling dealer since the time of purchase.

Fleetwood’s Circle of Excellence Award

In 1992 Fleetwood Enterprises created their Circle of Excellence Award to recognize and reward dealers who have shown superior achievement in serving its customers.The Fleetwood Circle of Excellence Award is the highest honor presented to a Fleetwood dealer, and it’s based solely on customer feedback.A&M RV Super Center has been a recipient of this award every year we have represented Fleetwood products.
